Mark One Communications began in February, 1999 with the commitment to deliver relevant and challenging training opportunities to staff in human service organizations. Since then, hundreds of employees in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware have benefitted from the services offered.

Mark J. Bernstein, M.A., is President of Mark One Communications. He has 25 years experience in the human services field as practitioner, administrator, consultant and trainer. He is also currently working with The University of Delaware's Center for Disabilities Studies where he teaches certificate classes to professionals working in the field of disabilities.

Mark lives in Delaware County, Pennsylvania with his wife, two sons, a dog and a cat.  He started Mark One Communications after realizing that he was probably too old to play second base for the New York Mets.  Mark believes that training can be fun.  He challenges participants in his sessions to utilize the lessons learned to become even greater in their personal and professional lives.  Mark adheres to the age old adage that a stitch in time saves nine even though he has no idea what it means.  He hopes desperately to someday own a windmill.
